Vanilla Ice Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup margarine or 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 375°.
• 2 combine flour, butter, and ice cream in bowl.
• 3 dough will be firm.
• 4 chill for 1 hour.
• 5 roll out on lightly floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
• 6 coat each side of cookies with sugar.
• 7 place on ungreased cookie sheet and prick cookies with fork.
• 8 bake 8-10 minutes and cool.
