Vegan Spiced Cookies

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups rolled oatmeal
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Recipe

  • 1 cream together the margarine and sugars until smooth. add vanilla and soy milk and mix well.
  • 2 add flour, baking soda and spices until well mixed, then stir in oats and cranberries.
  • 3 spoon 1 1/2 inch balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until done.
  • 4 enjoy your vegan oatmeal cookies.
