- 1 lb bacon
- 1 lb mini smokies
- 1 cup brown sugar
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 line a cookie sheet with foil.
- 3 cut bacon into 3 - 4 strips.
- 4 wrap 1 piece of bacon around each mini smokie and secure with a toothpick.
- 5 rub and sprinkle each smokie with brown sugar.
- 6 place on foil covered cookie sheet.
- 7 bake for 18 - 22 minutes until bacon is crispy.
