Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins
Preparation Time: 30 mins
Cook Time: 1 hr
Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 18 -24 frozen chicken wings
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup hot sauce
- cayenne pepper
- chili powder
Recipe
- 1 cooking:.
- 2 -preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 3 -place wings on a metal cookie sheet that has sides.
- 4 -cook wings for 30 minutes, flip wings and cook for 15 minutes, flip again and cook for another 15 minutes, wings are done when they have a good crisp on each side.
- 5 sauce (do this while the wings are cooking):.
- 6 -place 1 cup of sauce in sauce pan.
- 7 -add 1/3 cup of butter.
- 8 -let butter melt into sauce at medium to low heat while stirring and add a couple shakes of cayenne pepper (it’s up to you how hot you want it, i pack it on), add some chili pepper (couple shakes will do) and then your favorite hot sauce, mix it in, stir it and you’re good to go.
- 9 -you want the sauce to be a little thick before you put them on the wings (it sticks better).
- 10 coating your wings:.
- 11 -get a medium sized bowl.
- 12 -put 6- 8 wings in bowl.
- 13 -put 2-3 tablespoons of sauce on the wings (after doing this a couple times you’ll be able to eyeball it) and shake bowl in a clockwise motion (this is how wing restaurants do it, coats them perfectly) till wings are coated and repeat.
- 14 serve with celery, carrots and a good chunky blue cheese and you’re ready for the game.
- 15 other flavor wings:.
