Weightlifter's Protein Cookies

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 150 ml protein powder (your favourite flavour, but chocolate works very well)
  • 100 ml rolled oats
  • 100 ml low-sugar muesli (no sugar added)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 ml milk or 100 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the incredients.
  • 2 use about tablespoon of mixture per cookie, pat down.
  • 3 bake for about 10 minutes in 200 c/400 f oven.
