- 3 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 cups corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 in large mixer bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
- 3 beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until very stiff and glossy.
- 4 fold in cereal.
- 5 drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly oiled baking sheet.
- 6 bake 14 to 16 minutes.
