Strawberry Meringue Pudding

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cake or 1 cup cookie crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 place strawberries in a 2-quart baking dish.
  • 3 sift confectioner's sugar over strawberries.
