Spinach Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms.

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 6 -8 medium portabella mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 -4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
- garlic
Recipe
- 1 defrost spinach and squeeze out excess liquid.
- 2 mix in eggs, bread crumbs, cheeses and seasoning.
- 3 stuff into mushroom caps.
- 4 place caps on non- stick cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
