Spinach Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms.

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 -8 medium portabella mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 -4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic

Recipe

  • 1 defrost spinach and squeeze out excess liquid.
  • 2 mix in eggs, bread crumbs, cheeses and seasoning.
  • 3 stuff into mushroom caps.
  • 4 place caps on non- stick cookie sheet, bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
