Tasha's Bulk Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
- 6 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 350of/175oc and line baking sheets with baking paper.
- 2 in a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars. add the eggs, water and vanilla - mix until creamy.
- 3 add the flour, salt and baking soda - stir until blended.
- 4 gently fold in the chocolate chips mixing only until they are evenly distributed.
- 5 drop spoonfuls on to the prepared cookie sheet (you will have to make a number of batches).
- 6 bake each batch for 8-10 minutes, or until just golden brown.
- 7 let cook in the sheet a few minutes before removing and placing on a cooling wrack.
