Sweet 'n Salty Butterscotch Squares

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • unsalted cracker (enough to cover a cookie sheet)
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips

Recipe

  • 1 line cookie sheet with tin foil.
  • 2 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 3 spread crackers on sheet- do not let them overlap.
  • 4 melt the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  • 5 boil 1 minute.
  • 6 pour mixture over crackers.
  • 7 bake in 400 degree oven for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
  • 8 pour chocolate and butterscotch chips over top of tray. spread with a spatula to blend the two until both are melted.
  • 9 store in fridge until firm, then break into pieces with hands.
