Tad's Cookie Cheesecake

Ingredients

• Servings: 32
• 20 ounces toll house chocolate chip cookie dough rolls (weight apx)
• 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 press 1 roll of cookie dough into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. you may need a tiny bit of the 2nd roll to completely cover the pan.
• 3 mix well; cream cheese, sugar and egg in a mixing bowl. pour over cookie crust.
• 4 break 2nd roll of cookie dough into chunks and distribute over top mixture. press slightly with your hand until top is flat.
• 5 bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
