Spicy Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 cups whole pecans
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon clove
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 mix water and egg and stir in pecans.
• 2 mix sugar, salt, cinnamon and cloves; sprinkle over nuts, stirring until well coated.
• 3 spread in buttered cookie sheet.
• 4 bake 30 minutes at 300°, stirring 2 or 3 times.
• 5 you may use other kinds of nuts to suit your taste.
