Shortbread Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 cream butter& corn starch.
• 2 add icing sugar& cream again.
• 3 add flour, salt.
• 4 mix well.
• 5 shape into small balls by rolling in palm of hand.
• 6 place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
• 7 bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes.
• 8 it has been awile since i made these so i can't remember how many it makes.
