The Best Peanut Butter Truffle Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon melted butter
• 1 dash salt
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 in a medium bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips.
• 3 add chocolate chips and mix until blended.
• 4 on an ungreased baking sheet, drop 1 tablespoon of dough 2-inches apart.
• 5 bake 10-13 minutes.
• 6 let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet, then remove and let cool completely.
