Ingredients
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cream butter 3-5 min until fluffy.
- 2 add sugar and beat 2 min.
- 3 add vanilla.
- 4 add flour and salt and combine on low speed.
- 5 chill 60 min.
- 6 roll out to 1/4 " thickness and cut into stars.
- 7 bake at 325 for 18-20 min.
- 8 once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
