Sugar Free Cinnamon Cookies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 5 teaspoons granulated sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs and water until light and fluffy. beat in sugar replacement.
  • 2 and ground cinnamon. combine flour, baking soda and salt in sifter; sift.
  • 3 half of the dry ingredients over egg mixture. fold to completely blend.
  • 4 repeat with remaining dry ingredients.
  • 5 drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart.
  • 6 bake at 375 degrees f (190 degres c) for 10 to 12 minutes.
