Yummy Smo'res Brownies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 16 cinnamon graham crackers
• 1 brownie mix
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 whole eggs
• 2 (8 ounce) cans vanilla frosting
• 1 (11 ounce) bag marshmallows
• 1 (10 ounce) bag cinnamon hearts candies (optional)

Recipe

• 1 crush the graham crackers in a small bowl. melt 1/2 cup butter and mix with graham crackers. set aside. mix up brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water. make sure to mix well. add marshmallows and mix with a spoon to make sure you don't break them.
• 2 use shortening or cooking spray to grease the sides of a 13 x 9 pan. put the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of the pan, then our brownie batter over it. bake at 350 degrees f. for 20 minutes, or until done.
• 3 take out of oven and let cool completely. frost with vanilla frosting. sprinkle cinnamon hearts on top, if using. i usually cut them into 9 jumbo brownies. :).
