Zoey's Healthier Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour (use a healthier mix if you like! i used wheat, oat and regular)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup splenda brown sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup butter
- 3 1/2 ounces instant pudding (any flavor you like, i use vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups chocolate chips (or whatever you like, have fun!)
Recipe
- 1 preheat to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine 2.25 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and good pinch of kosher salt in a bowl. set aside.
- 3 beat .75 cups of brown sugar, .25 cups of regular sugar, 1 cup of butter, 1 package of instant pudding, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract in a bowl.
- 4 add 2 beaten eggs.
- 5 beat in the bowl of flour, baking soda, and salt you left behind.
- 6 add 2 cups of chips. if you're feeling nuts add another liberal pinch of kosher salt.
- 7 bake 10-12 minutes, depending on your preference.
