Zoey's Healthier Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour (use a healthier mix if you like! i used wheat, oat and regular)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup splenda brown sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 1/2 ounces instant pudding (any flavor you like, i use vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (or whatever you like, have fun!)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine 2.25 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, and good pinch of kosher salt in a bowl. set aside.
  • 3 beat .75 cups of brown sugar, .25 cups of regular sugar, 1 cup of butter, 1 package of instant pudding, a teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon of almond extract in a bowl.
  • 4 add 2 beaten eggs.
  • 5 beat in the bowl of flour, baking soda, and salt you left behind.
  • 6 add 2 cups of chips. if you're feeling nuts add another liberal pinch of kosher salt.
  • 7 bake 10-12 minutes, depending on your preference.
