Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 6 teaspoons baking powder
• 4 -5 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 in mixing bowl, cream together sugar, shortening, eggs, and milk.
• 2 then add in baking powder and flour.
• 3 (mixture will be stiff, so use your hands to mix) roll out dough and cut out in shapes desired.
• 4 you then can sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, or just sugar.
• 5 bake at 400 for 13-15 minutes.
