Walnut Tassies

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room tempurature)
- 1 cup butter (room tempurature)
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 dash salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325f.
- 2 pastry:.
- 3 cream together cream cheese and butter.
- 4 blend in flour.
- 5 shape into small balls. in miniature cupcake pan press dough on bottom and sides.
- 6 filling:.
- 7 beat togehter eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth.
- 8 take 3/4 cup of nuts and divide into pastry lined cups.
- 9 add egg mixture on top of nuts in pastry shells.
- 10 top each with the remaining 3/4 cup of nuts.
- 11 bake 25-30 minutes.
