Walnut Tassies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room tempurature)
  • 1 cup butter (room tempurature)
  • 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325f.
  • 2 pastry:.
  • 3 cream together cream cheese and butter.
  • 4 blend in flour.
  • 5 shape into small balls. in miniature cupcake pan press dough on bottom and sides.
  • 6 filling:.
  • 7 beat togehter eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth.
  • 8 take 3/4 cup of nuts and divide into pastry lined cups.
  • 9 add egg mixture on top of nuts in pastry shells.
  • 10 top each with the remaining 3/4 cup of nuts.
  • 11 bake 25-30 minutes.
