Vanita's Easy Caramel Popcorn

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 quarts popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 9 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 put popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  • 2 melt on stove; butter, brown sugar and marshmallows.
  • 3 when melted cook for one minute.
  • 4 pour over popcorn and stir to coat popcorn.
  • 5 let cool and serve. (we pour our caramel corn on a cookie sheet to cool instead of leaving it in the bowl but you can use whatever method you like).
