Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
Recipe
- 1 beat egg; add rice, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and seasonings.
- 2 form into 12 balls. chill well.
- 3 just before serving, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. serve warm.
