Wild Rice Balls

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg; add rice, bread crumbs, parsley, onion and seasonings.
  • 2 form into 12 balls. chill well.
  • 3 just before serving, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. serve warm.
