Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoons nutmeg
• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 mix first four ingredients.
• 2 combine last three ingredients and heat them until just foaming.
• 3 after the milk mixture cools add it to the flour mixture.
• 4 chill dough thoroughly.
• 5 roll out on floured board.
• 6 cut out in desired shapes and sizes.
• 7 bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 for 3-5 minutes.
