Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg , stiffly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups pecan halves
Recipe
- 1 stir brown sugar into egg whites. add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- 2 drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, allowing 2-3 pecans for each cookie.
- 3 bake at 250* for 30 minutes. remove to rack and cool immediately.
