Chocolate Chip Cookies With A Lemon Twist

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon lemon peel
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup pecans (chopped-macadamia are yummy too)

Recipe

• 1 crem butter, eggs & brown sugar, add vanilla and lemon peel and juice.
• 2 mix in dry ingredients, stir in chips and nuts.
• 3 drop by tablespoons on baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 8.10 minute or until almost set.
• 4 cool on cookie racks.
