Ingredients

- 290 g rice flour
- 55 g ground almonds
- 225 g butter, unsalted
- 110 g golden brown sugar
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 beat sugar & butter until creamy.
- 2 add eggs one at a time.
- 3 add rice flour & ground almonds.
- 4 mix with hands and press into a cookie sheet.
- 5 bake for 15 minutes at 350f.
