Wheat-free Shortbread

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 290 g rice flour
  • 55 g ground almonds
  • 225 g butter, unsalted
  • 110 g golden brown sugar
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 beat sugar & butter until creamy.
  • 2 add eggs one at a time.
  • 3 add rice flour & ground almonds.
  • 4 mix with hands and press into a cookie sheet.
  • 5 bake for 15 minutes at 350f.
