Soft And Chewy Gingersnaps

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix, chill, roll into small balls.
  • 2 roll in sugar, place on very lightly greased cookie sheet.
  • 3 bake at 325°f until brown, about 18 minutes.
