Sweet & Spicey Candied Pecans

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 250.
- 2 sit aside pecans.
- 3 mix next 6 ingredients together in a large container with a lid.
- 4 mix egg , vanilla, and water in a bowl big enough for the pecans to be tossed inches.
- 5 toss pecans in egg mixture.
- 6 after pecans are well coated, transfer to the sugar mixture.
- 7 place top on the container with sugar and shake well to coat.
- 8 place coated pecans on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- 9 cool well and enjoy.
