Zesty Sausage Squares (appetizer)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb zesty hot sausage roll (bob evans)
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons oregano (or to taste)
- 1 loaf rye cocktail bread (pepperage farms light party rye)
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in medium skillet, brown ground beef and sausage together. drain off any grease
- 3 melt velveta cheese in mixing bowl in microwave.
- 4 add browned ground beef, sausage, worcestershire sauce and oregano to melted cheese and mix well.
- 5 on a cookie sheet or baking stone, arrange pieces of bread.
- 6 scoop mixture (about 1 tablespoon) onto each piece of bread.
- 7 bake for 10 minutes. if frozen, bake for 20 minutes.
