Very Good And Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup splenda granular
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
  • 2 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f (175°c).
  • 2 grease cookie sheets.
  • 3 in a large bowl, cream together the butter, splenda and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • 4 add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  • 5 combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
  • 6 finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
  • 7 drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • 8 bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
  • 9 allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
