Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup splenda granular
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 2 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f (175°c).
- 2 grease cookie sheets.
- 3 in a large bowl, cream together the butter, splenda and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4 add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- 5 combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- 6 finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
- 7 drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- 8 bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
- 9 allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
