Vanilla Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2 egg whites, un-beaten
• 2/3 cup butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 -4 tablespoons light cream or 3 -4 tablespoons milk

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 mix all ingredients til blended.
• 3 shape into balls and wrap in plastic wrap.
• 4 chill a few hours.
• 5 using rounded teaspoon of dough, roll into strips.
• 6 shape like pretzels.
• 7 place on ungreased cookie sheet.
• 8 bake for 10-12 minutes.
• 9 cool on rack.
• 10 vanilla glaze:.
• 11 mix all ingredients in bowl.
• 12 double glaze and dip. place on wire rack to dry.
