Sylvia's Gingersnaps

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 48
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ginger

Recipe

  • 1 mix margarine and sugar well.
  • 2 add eggs one at a time, beating after each, add molasses and rest of ingredients.
  • 3 roll into balls and dunk in granulated sugar, press onto pan a bit.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for 10 minutes.
  • 5 4 dozen mix.
