Ingredients

- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup molasses
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ginger
Recipe
- 1 mix margarine and sugar well.
- 2 add eggs one at a time, beating after each, add molasses and rest of ingredients.
- 3 roll into balls and dunk in granulated sugar, press onto pan a bit.
- 4 bake at 350°f for 10 minutes.
- 5 4 dozen mix.
