Sarah's Chopped Apricot Cookies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup shortening
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter or shortening and sugar together, add egg, milk and vanilla.
  • 2 sift in dry ingredients. mix well.
  • 3 stir in apricots and nuts.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minute.
