Sarah's Chopped Apricot Cookies

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cream butter or shortening and sugar together, add egg, milk and vanilla.
- 2 sift in dry ingredients. mix well.
- 3 stir in apricots and nuts.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minute.
