Trail Mix Cookies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or foil. if you have neither, be sure to grease your sheet well.
  • 2 throw everything in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until totally combined.
  • 3 if you can manage to not eat the batter uncooked {it won't be easy but remember there's a raw egg in there} drop rounded tablespoonfuls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes, until just starting to get golden.
