Trail Mix Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350f and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or foil. if you have neither, be sure to grease your sheet well.
- 2 throw everything in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until totally combined.
- 3 if you can manage to not eat the batter uncooked {it won't be easy but remember there's a raw egg in there} drop rounded tablespoonfuls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes, until just starting to get golden.
