Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon egg
• 2 cups pecans or 2 cups walnuts
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 300f degrees.
• 2 mix egg and pecans until nuts are coated& sticky.
• 3 mix together sugar& cinnamon; sprinkle over pecans, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats the nuts.
• 4 spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
• 5 bake 20 minutes.
• 6 cool completely.
