Rosemary Yogurt Biscuits

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, mix together the bisquick, yogurt, and rosemary until a soft dough forms.
  • 2 sprinkle a small amount of bisuick on a flat surface and place dough onto it. lightly coat top of dough with bisuick.
  • 3 add more bisquick if dough is too sticky to knead.
  • 4 knead dough five times.
  • 5 roll dough out to less than 1/2 inch thickness. cut circles with cutter; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 6 sprinkle tops with sugar, if desired.
  • 7 bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
