Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat ove to 350f or 325f for glass dish.
- 2 in 9x13-inch pan, melt butter in oven. sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; mix together and press into pan.
- 3 top evenly with coconut, then eagle brand.
- 4 bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. in a small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. spread evenly over hot coconut layer. cool 30 minutes.
- 5 chill. cut into bars.
- 6 store loosely covered, at room temperature.
