Triple Chocolate Cookie Bar

Ingredients

• 16 1/2 ounces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f line 9" swuare baking pan with enough foil to overhand sides by 2"; coat with cookie spray.
• 2 press cookie dough evenly into bottom of pan. bake 12-15 mins or until golden and slightly firm. cool until set, about 20 minutes.
• 3 meanwhile, in microwave safe bowl, heat 1 c -chocolate chips on high in 10 sec intervals, stirring until melted. cool to room temperature.
• 4 whisk condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla into melted chocolate until blended. pour over cookie layer in pan. bake 25-30 mins or until golden and set.
• 5 sprinkle with bittersweet chocolate chips, let stand until melted 5 minutes, then spread evenly.
• 6 melt remaining 1/4 c chocolate chips. drizzled over choclate. using toothpick swirl chocolates.
• 7 refrigerate until set, 30 minutes.
