The Sea Hag's French Silk Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (no exceptions)
- 3 ounces chocolate (unsweetened baker's)
- 4 eggs
- 1 pie crust (cookie crumb variety)
Recipe
- 1 in a double boiler, start melting the chocolate. when it's melted, take it off the boiler and let it cool.
- 2 cream the butter and sugar with a mixer for about 2 minutes.
- 3 add 2 eggs, mix on high for 2 minutes. it's important to mix for the entire two minutes.
- 4 add cooled chocolate and mix until combined.
- 5 add the last two eggs and mix on high for another 2 minutes.
- 6 scoop into the pie crust and freeze for an hour.
