Wegman's Lamb Butt Steaks

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 2 lamb butt steaks
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350.
• 2 place lamb butt steaks onto a cookie sheet or into large cake pan.
• 3 spread 1 tablespoon garlic and 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning onto each lamb butt steak making sure to press into lamb butt steaks.
• 4 flip each lamb butt steak over and repeat with remaining ingredients.
• 5 bake for 25 minutes then flip each lamb butt steak over and bake another 20 minutes.
