Ingredients

- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 425°f.
- 2 toss all ingredients together until all the wedges are thoroughly coated.
- 3 place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, until crisp, turning once.
