Toll House Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunk

Recipe

• 1 sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
• 2 beat together brown sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
• 3 beat in egg, stir in vanilla.
• 4 add the flour mixture.
• 5 stir in oats, chocolate and nuts.
• 6 drop tsp 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet.
• 7 bake at 375 degrees for 10 minute.
• 8 let cool.
