Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups butter
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 6 tablespoons water
• 2 cups nuts, chopped

Recipe

• 1 combine sugar, butter, water, and vanilla in a medium sauce pan. cook over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, to hard crack stage (300 degrees). remove from heat and pour onto a greased cookie sheet. while hot, cover with chocolate chips. spread when melted. sprinkle with chopped nuts. break into pieces when cooled.
