Chocolate, Cranberry And Coconut Bar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Recipe
- 1 mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together in a bowl. pat this crumb mixture into a 9"x13" aluminum pan lined with parchment paper (for easier cookie removal).
- 2 in a bowl, mix together the condensed milk, chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and coconut. carefully spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the top is firm and lightly browned.
- 4 let cool and cut into squares.
- 5 can be stored in a metal tin for up to two months. these cookies also freeze well.
