Vegetarian Snausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 vegetarian sausage links
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 1% low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle pepper
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 puff pastry sheets
Recipe
- 1 run the breakfast links through a food processor until they resemble ground meat.
- 2 chop the onion in food processor till slightly courser then the sausages.
- 3 mix in the rest of the filling ingredients, add a little more milk to make it stick together if needed.
- 4 preheat oven to 375f.
- 5 divide the filling in half and form into 1" lines along the length of each sheet of pastry about 1 1/2" from the long edge. roll tightly around the filling.
- 6 cut each roll into 4 with a serrated knife and place at least 1/2" away from each other on a cookie sheet lined with the parchment paper the pastry comes in.
- 7 bake for 20-30 min until puffed and golden on top.
