Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- 2 mix all ingredients together well.
- 3 roll tablespoons of dough into balls.
- 4 place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 5 flatten balls slightly, perhaps with a fork, or hands.
- 6 bake for 12 minutes.
- 7 let it cool for 5 minutes.
- 8 and eat!
