Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

• 2 cups baking mix
• 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 450.
• 2 mix baking mix and sour cream until dough forms.
• 3 turn dough onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix.
• 4 roll gently in baking mix to coat and shape into ball.
• 5 knead 5 times.
• 6 roll or pat 1/2 inch thick.
• 7 cut with 1 3/4" round cutter dipped into baking mix.
• 8 place on ungreased cookie sheet.
• 9 bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
