Ingredients
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450.
- 2 mix baking mix and sour cream until dough forms.
- 3 turn dough onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix.
- 4 roll gently in baking mix to coat and shape into ball.
- 5 knead 5 times.
- 6 roll or pat 1/2 inch thick.
- 7 cut with 1 3/4" round cutter dipped into baking mix.
- 8 place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- 9 bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
