Wendy's No-bake Peanut Butter Bars - Weight Watchers

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons light butter, stick
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 cups bran buds (kellogg's all bran preferred)
Recipe
- 1 spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
- 2 combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, honey and butter in a large saucepan.
- 3 cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- 5 add the cereals and stir well to coat.
- 6 spoon the cereal mixture into the baking pan.
- 7 cover with wax paper or plastic wrap and gently press to form an even layer.
- 8 let cool completely.
- 9 refrigerate, covered, until firm (at least 1 hour).
- 10 uncover and cut into 24 bars.
