Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick spray.
- 3 combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- 4 beat the brown sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until blended.
- 5 beat in the sour cream and egg.
- 6 add the flour mixture and beat until blended, about 1 minute.
- 7 stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
- 8 spoon the dough onto the baking sheets about 1 inch apart making a total of 36 cookies.
- 9 dip the bottom of a glass in flour and press the floured glass against each mound to make a 2 1/2 inch round cookie.
- 10 bake until light browned, about 12 minutes.
- 11 transfer to racks to cool.
