Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Cookies

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick spray.
  • 3 combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
  • 4 beat the brown sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until blended.
  • 5 beat in the sour cream and egg.
  • 6 add the flour mixture and beat until blended, about 1 minute.
  • 7 stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
  • 8 spoon the dough onto the baking sheets about 1 inch apart making a total of 36 cookies.
  • 9 dip the bottom of a glass in flour and press the floured glass against each mound to make a 2 1/2 inch round cookie.
  • 10 bake until light browned, about 12 minutes.
  • 11 transfer to racks to cool.
