Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups heartland sweet cream buttermilk pancake mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients lightly. place dough on pancake mix floured surface. knead 10 times. roll dough gently to â½ inch thick. cut with 2 to 2 1/2inch cutter. place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown.
- 2 after removing from oven, brush with butter and enjoy.
